Bioequivalence and Bioavailability Study Research Section
To help Bangladesh become one of the world’s leading exporters of pharmaceutical products, this section will provide research on Bioequivalence and Bioavailability Study of generic drugs and analytical services to the pharmaceutical industry to open the door to drug exports to regulated markets.
Bioanalytical Research Section
A crucial aspect of Bioequivalence and Bioavailability Study Research and Clinical Study Research is the quantification of drugs in the blood. The work of this section involves method development and method validation for drug quantification in the blood.
Clinical Study Research Section
To convert any type of bioactive molecule into a drug, its efficacy and toxicity in the human body must be analysed. This section is responsible for conducting Clinical Research (Phase I – IV) to evaluate the efficacy of any biomolecule/bioactive molecule in the human body.
Biostatistics Research Section
This section will provide research and programming assistance on statistical considerations, study design, sample size and type determination, and verification of the significance/validity or importance of the obtained data for any type of biological research.
Big Data Analysis Research Section
The analysis of the vast metabolomics, proteomics, and transcriptomics data that will be generated for drug research, including samples collected for bioequivalence at the institute, is time-consuming or practically impossible using traditional manual methods. Therefore, this section will contribute to research on the analysis of this large data using computational techniques and programming.
